Boone Callaway Profiled in Plaintiff Magazine
We’re pleased to announce a new feature article profiling Callaway & Wolf managing partner Boone Callaway, that appears in the April 2018 issue of Plaintiff Magazine.
A highly respected personal injury attorney in San Francisco, the profile traces Boone’s journey from Midwest kid and University of Texas-Austin grad to buying a one-way ticket to San Francisco. We also get a fun peek at his family history, and where he got that great name. Boone is the great, great, great, great, great grandson of legendary pioneer Daniel Boone.
In the article, Boone describes his down-to-earth trial philosophy and how important it is to him to earn the trust of his clients.
“We plaintiff lawyers are fortunate to have our clients’ cases and trust,” says Boone. “I want to honor that client’s choice of me.”
A few highlights of the profile included some of Boone’s most noteworthy personal injury cases:
- Settlement for a mother and her daughter, where they received $2.675 million after their husband and father was misdiagnosed in an emergency room and died as a result.
- $4.7 settlement for a bicyclist who was hit by a street sweeper in San Francisco.
- A pedestrian who was hit by a car, which resulted in a badly broken leg. The pedestrian received $500,000.
